| 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil 1 lb. hot and/or sweet sausage, cut into bite size pieces 1 onion, cut into slices 3 green and/or red peppers, cut into 1/2-in. strips 4 long rolls |

| Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Pour the oil into a foil (disposable) 9 x 13 pan. Place the sausage into the center of the pan and the onions and peppers around the sausage. Cover the pan with foil and place on the grill. Close the grill cover and grill for 20 minutes. Remove the sausage and place then directly on the grill for 5 minutes on each side. Place the sausage on the rolls and top with the onions and peppers. | |||
