SAUSAGE ONION CHILI
Yields 6
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 can condensed French Onion soup, undiluted
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can (15. oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 cup water
In a large mixing saucepan, brown sausage and beef; drain.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well; bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; cook and stir for 10-15 minutes or until thickened.
