| 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 cup bread crumbs 1/2 onion, chopped 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. pepper 1-1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced |

| Combine 1/4 cup of the soup with the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper. Make patties. Heat a large skillet with non-stick spray and cook the patties until they are brown on both sides (do not cook all the way). Set aside. In the same skillet, combine the remaining soup and mushrooms. Add the patties. Cover and cook 20 minutes turning occasionally. | ||
