SALISBURY STEAK
2 lbs. hamburger
1 can onion soup
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 can tomato soup
1 can celery soup
Mix the hamburger, bread crumbs, onion soup and eggs as for meat loaf.  Add salt to taste.  Add more bread crumbs, if needed.  Make into patties; dip in flour and brown on each side.  Arrange in a greased baking dish.  Make a gravy of 1 can celery soup and 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water.  Pour over patties and bake at 350 for one hour.
