QUICK SKILLET SUPPER
Yields 4
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage (any variety), cut in chunks
3/4 cup rice, uncooked
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
In skillet combine sausage, rice, soup, water, butter or margarine and salt.  Cover and bring to boil.  Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.  Stir in peas and mushrooms.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
