PORK CHOPS AND PEACHES
Yields 6-8
1 can (15-1/4 oz.) sliced peaches, undrained
6-8 pork chops, 1/2-in. thick
2 tsp. groung ginger (optional)
1 pkg. Shake 'N Bake Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 corn syrup.  Moisten chops with syrup.  Add ginger to coating mix in shaker bag.  Coat chops with coating mixture as directed on pkg. Place chops in 15 x 10 x 1-in. baking pan.  Discard any remaining coating mixture.  Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.  Add peaches to pan.  Bake an additional 5 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
