PORK CHOP 'N POTATO BAKE
Yields 6
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French onion rings
6 med. pork chops
Seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Brown chops and sprinkle with seasoned salt.  Mix soup, milk, sour cream, potatoes, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 can of the onion rings.  Spoon into a greased casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan and arrange chops over top.  Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.  Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.  Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more.
