POLISH NOODLE CASSEROLE
1 lb. Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, sliced into 1/4-in. medallions
2 cups sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. noodles, cooked and drained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye Baby Corn Blend
3 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
In a large bowl combine kielbasa, sour cream, minced onion, salt, pepper, chicken broth and mustard.  Stir in corn blend.  Gently fold in cooked and drained noodles.  Place in a buttered 13 x 9-in. casserole dish.  Bake covered at 350 for 25 minutes.  Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Return to oven uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes.
