PHILLY 3 STEP FRUIT TOPPED CHEESECAKE
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philly Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (6-in. or 9-in.)
2 cups sliced assorted fresh fruit
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.  Add eggs; mix until well blended.

Pour into the crust.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.  Cool.  Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.  Top with fruit.
