PEEK-A-BOO CAKE
1/2 lb. margrine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, add and beat one at a time
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash of salt
1 cup pie filling (your favorite)
3 cups flour
In a large bowl, mix together margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt and flour.  Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.  Spread half of batter in pan, then spoon pie filling over the batter.  Drop remaining batter over pie filling.  Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
