PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
6 cubes (12 oz.) Eagle Brand Chocolate or Vanilla Flavored Candy Coating
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (Not evaporated milk)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
dash salt
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt candy coating with sweetened condensed milk and salt.  Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter then peanuts and vanilla.  Spread evenly into aluminum foil lined 8- or 9-in. square pan.  Chill 2 hours or until firm.  Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.  Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Microwave:  In 2-qt. glass measure, combine candy coating, sweetened condensed milk and salt.  Cook on 100% power (high) 5-6 minutes, stirring after each 1-1/2 minutes.  Stir in peanut butter then peanuts and vanilla.  Proceed as above.
