PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Yields about 6 dozen
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Cream margarine and sugars, add eggs and blend.  Add peanut butter, vanilla and mix well.  Add dry ingredients and stir until well blended.  Chill dough if to soft.  Roll into balls of walnut size.  Flatten with fork and bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
