ONIONY POTATOES AU GRATIN
Yields 6
2 lbs. potatoes, thinly sliced and cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1-1/3 cups French's Fried Onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Place potatoes in 2-qt. casserole.  Combine soup, sour cream, milk, 2/3 cup French's Fried Onions and 1/2 cup cheese.  Pour over potatoes; mix gently.  Bake 20 minutes at 350 or until hot.  Top with remaining onions and cheese.  Bake 5 minutes.
