| 4 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup flour Chopped cookie options: Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies Nilla Wafers Chips Ahoy! | Preheat oven to 325. Line 13x9-in. baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan to form handles. Grease foil. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on High 2 minutes or until butter in melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour until well blended. Stir in 1 cup chopped cookies and 1 cup stir-ins. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with additional 1 cup chopped cookies. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do not overbake. Cool in pan. Lift out of pan onto cutting board. Cut into 24 squares. | ||||
