ONE BOWL CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Yields about 2 dozen
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped Diamond Walnuts
Microwave chocolate and milk in 1-1/2 qt. microwavable bowl on High 1 minute; stir well.  Microwave 1 minute longer.  Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Stir in vanilla, salt and walnuts.  Spread into greased 8x4 or 9x5-in. loaf pan.  Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm; cut into squares.

Tip:  Recipe may be doubled; spread into greased 8-in. square pan.

Stove Top Preparation:  Heat chocolate and milk in 2-qt .saucepan over very low heat; stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.  Remove from heat.  Continue as above.


Rocky Road Fudge Variation:  Prepare one bowl chocolate fudge as directed, adding 1 cup Kraft Miniature Marshmallows to fudge with the vanilla, salt and walnuts.  Refrigerate and cut into squares.
