OLIVE CHICKEN ROLL-UPS
Yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies, drained
1 can (2-1/4 oz.) chopped ripe olives, drained
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimientos, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
8 flour tortillas (8 inches)
1-1/4 lb. deli smoked chicken
Salsa or picante sauce, optional
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.  Fold in chilies, olives, pimientos, garlic powder, chili powder and hot pepper sauce.  Spread on one side of each tortilla; top with chicken and roll up tightly.  Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Serve with salsa if desired.
