NEW YEAR'S EVE CHICKEN
3 cups of chicken or turkey, cooked and cut into pieces
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 box of Uncle Ben's long grain brown rice with herb seasonings
2-1/2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Boil chicken/ turkey and fry sausage.  Mix chicken/turkey, sausage,  mushroom, soup, box of rice (with seasoning pack that comes in the rice box), and the chicken broth in a bowl.  Mix well and put in casserole dish and sprinkle the entire top with stuffing. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until you can tell it is not real juicy.
