MEXICAN CASSEROLE
Yields 4-6
1 can cream of chicken
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 bag of tortilla chips
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Brown hamburger in skillet, drain.  In a casserole dish, mix well both soups, diced tomatoes & green chilies, hamburger and crushed tortilla chips.  Cook in the microwave for 5-6 minutes.  Cover top with cheese if desired and microwave 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
