MEREDITH'S CASSEROLE
1 pkg. egg noodles; prepared per direction
1 lb. ground beef, diced  turkey, chicken or tuna; cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
1 can shoe peg corn
1/2 can french style green beans
3/4 cup or less of grated cheddar cheese
In large casserole toss noodles, meat, soups, sour cream, corn, beans and cheese; mix well.  Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling. 

Optional Topping:  Mix 1 cup coarse bread crumbs with melted butter.  Sprinkle over top of casserole.
