MAMA MARY'S CHOCOLATE ICING
2 cups granulated sugar
1 stick margarine
2/3 cups condensed milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar and cocoa in saucepan.  Add margarine and milk.  Cook on low heat stirring constantly.  Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, continuing to stir (This takes a while).  Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla and beat with a wooden spoon for 2-3 minutes.
Ice any 2 or 3- layer white or yellow cake while icing is still warm.  The icing will be fairly warm.  The icing will be fairly runny but will not be sticky after it cools.
