LEMON FISH
1 lb. white fish or sole fish
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. dried parsley
Cut the fish into serving size pieces.  Place in an ungreased baking dish.  Drizzle with the lemon juice and oil.  Sprinkle with the lemon pepper.  Arrange the onion over the fish and sprinkle with the parsley.  Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes.
