| 8 egg yolks 1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp. cold water 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond 1/2 tsp. lemon 1-1/4 cup cake flour Beat first 6 ingredients until thick. Stir in flour all at once. 8 egg whites 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. tartar 1 cup sugar Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt at high speed until stiff. Add 1 cup sugar. Fold into egg mixture and into 10-in. tube pan. Bake at 325. |

| Filling: 1 envelope Dream Whip 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding (use 1 cup milk NOT 2) Fold together. Cut tube cake in 3 slices, filling each section with pudding mixture. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
