ITALIAN VEGETABLE DIP
1 cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light Dressing
1/2 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian, Zesty Italian or Garlic & Herb Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
Mix all ingredients.  Refrigerate.  Serve with crackers or assorted cut-up vegetables.  Makes 2 cups.
Variations:  Pasta Salad:  Stir 3 cups cooked shell or rotini pasta and 1/2 cup each broccoli flowerets and halved sliced carrots into dip. 

Creamy Itialian Casserole:  Stir 3 cups cooked shell or rotini pasta,  1/2 cup each broccoli flowerets and halved sliced carrots and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese into dip.  Spoon into microwavable casserole.  Microwave on High 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning halfway through cooking time.  Sprinkle with additional 1/4 cup cheese.  Microwave 30 seconds.
