| 1 cup canned pumpkin 1/2 cup Bisquick Original baking mix 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup evaporated milk 1 tbsp. margarine, butter or spread, softened 1-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs Note: If using spread, use only stick that has more than 65% vegetable oil. |

| 1. Heat oven to 350. Grease a 9-in. pie plate. 2. Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. 3. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie. |
