| IMPOSSIBLY EASY FRENCH APPLE PIE | ||
| 3 cups sliced peeled all-purpose apples (3 large) 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/2 cup Original Bisquick 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp. margarine, butter or spread, softened 2 eggs Streusal: 1/2 cup Original Bisquick 1/4 cup chopped nuts 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. firm margarine, butter or spread |

| 1. Heat oven to 325. Grease a 9-in. pie plate. 2. Stir together apples, cinnamon and nutmeg; turn into pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with Streusal. 3. For Streusal stir 1/2 cup Original Bisquick, 1/4 cup chopped nuts, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar and 2 tbsp. firm margarine, butter or spread until crumbly. 4. Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie. |
