HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 2
Yields about 4 servings
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) chicken gravy
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
2-3 tsp. honey
Hot cooked rice, optional
In a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook chicken over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side.  Combine the gravy, mustard and honey; pour over chicken.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-12 minutes or until chicken jucies run clear.  Serve over rice if desired.
