HAM 'N' EGG CASSEROLE
1/2 cup chopped green pepper                                          1/2 cup butter or margarine
10 slices white bread                                                        2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1/2 lb. process American cheese, cubed                             6 eggs
2 cups milk                                                                     1 tsp. ground mustard
In a skillet, saute green pepper in butter until tender.  Remove green pepper, reserve drippings.  Combine green pepper, bread and ham.  Place in an ungreased 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking dish.  Add cheese to drippings; cook and stir over low heat until cheese melts.  Pour over bread mixture.  Beat eggs, milk and mustard; pour over cheese.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking dish.  Bake uncovered at 300 for 1 hour.
