HAM & MACARONI TWISTS
Serves 4-6
2 cups rotini or elbow macaroni, cooked in unsalted water and drained
1 1/2 cups (8 oz.) cubed cooked ham
1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions, divided
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
1 cup milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 350.  In a 12 x 8 inch baking dish, combine hot macaroni, ham, and 2/3 cup french fried onion.  Divide broccoli spears into 6 small bunches.  Arrange bunches of spears down center of dish.  alternanting direction of florets.  In small bowl, combine milk, soup, 1/2 cup cheese and the seasonings; pour over casserole.  Bake, covered, at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.  Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle remaining 2/3 cup French Fried onions down center; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until French Fried Onions are golden brown.
