HAMBURGER GRAVY
Yields 4 servings
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1-1/2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
3 cups hot cooked mashed potatoes
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.  Stir in the soup, milk, mushrooms and bouillon.  Reduce heat.  Simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.  Serve over warm mashed potatoes.
