HAM AND RICE CASSEROLE
2 cups Spam, cut up in small pieces
3 cups cooked rice or 2 cups uncooked rice
1 cups peas, drained
1 tsp. salt
1  tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/4 cup milkl
Preheat oven to 350.  Grease a 3 qt. casserole.  Combine ham, rice, peas, salt, mustard, pepper, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese soup and milk.  Turn into casserole.  Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.  Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
