HAM AND PASTA BAKE
Yields 6 servings
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
2-1/2 cups milk
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Topping:
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
In a medium saucepan, combine the flour, onion, salt, mustard and pepper.  Gradually stir in milk until blended.  Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.  Stir in broccoli, macaroni, ham and cheese.  Transfer to an ungreased 2-qt. baking dish.  For topping, combine butter and bread crumbs.  Sprinkle over macaroni mixture.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
