| 4 rainbow trout, whole 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. lemon pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder Salt and pepper |

| Melt butter in the microwave. Add lemon pepper and garlic powder, mix thoroughly. Cover grill rack with aluminum foil. Spread thin layers of mixture on foil. Grill trout on medium to low heat. Coat frequently with the butter mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grill until trout is flaky and falling from the bone. | |||
