GRILLED SALMON
Serves 1
2 salmon fillets
2 cups olive oil
1/4 cup spicy mustard
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. rosemary
Whisk, all marinating ingredients together.  Lay the salmon, skin side down, in the marinade for 1/2 hour.  Turn the salmon over and marinate for another hour.  Start salmon on the grill with the skin side up, and cook for a short time, about 3-4 minutes, turn and cook another 6-8 minutes as desired.
