GREEN BEAN POTATO BAKE
Yields 4 servings
1 pkg. (5-1/4 oz.) au gratin potatoes
2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
2 tbsp. diced pimientos
Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Stir in the beans, olive and pimientos.  Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish.  Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.  Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
