GREEN BEAN AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE
Yields 6
1 (5 oz.) can chunk chicken, drained and flaked
1 (14.5 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6 servings Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes (prepared as directed on pkg.)
1/2 (2.8 oz.) can French Fried onions
Heat oven to 375.  In medium saucepan, combine chicken, green beans, soup and milk; mix well.  Cook over medium heat until mixture is bubbly and thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.  Remove saucepan from heat.  Add cheese; stir until melted.  Pour into ungreased 2-qt. casserole.  Top with prepared mashed potatoes.  Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.  Sprinkle with onions; bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and onions are warm.
