GARLIC LEMON CHICKEN
3 lbs. chicken, skinned and cut up ( do not debone)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup garlic, minced
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 cup white wine
Combine all the ingredients in the crockpot and cover.  Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.  Serve over rice.
