GARDEN PASTA SALAD
Serves 4-6
6 oz. corkscrew pasta
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) Del Monte golden sweet whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) Del Monte sliced carrots, drained
1 can (8 oz.) Del Monte cut green beans, drained
1/2 cup bottled low-calorie Italian dressing
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain well.  Toss pasta with corn, carrots, green beans and dressing.  Cover and chill.  Serve in lettuce-lined bowl and garnish with thinly sliced red or green pepper, if desired.

For a quick main dish salad, just add diced cooked chicken, ham or beef, add more dressing, as desired.
