| FIESTA SOUTHWESTERN SALSA | ||
| 1/4 cup RealLime Lime Juice from Concentrate or Realemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate 2 med. tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 2 cups) 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 cup chopped white onion 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1-2 tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno pepper 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 med. avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped, optional |

| In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except avocado. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving toss avocado with mixture, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers. | ||
