FESTIVE FAJITAS
Yields 8
4 (5 oz.) chicken breasts
2 (9 oz.) cans Frito-Lays brand Picante Sauce
1/2 cup salad oil
3 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
2 med. onions, cut in strips
4 med. red and green peppers (2 of each)
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
8 (6-in.) flour tortillas
2 (9 oz.) cans Frito-Lays brand Nacho Cheese Dip
Marinate chicken in contents of 1 can Frito-Lay Picante sauce, 1/4 cup oil and 3 tbsp. lime or lemon juice for several hours.  Broil chicken until done, cool for easier cutting.  Saute peppers and onions in 1/4 cup oil and butter until almost soft.  Cut chicken into strips add to peppers and onions.  Add Frito-Lays Nacho Cheese Dip and heat thoroughly.  Wrap in flour tortillas (warmed) and serve with 1 can of Frito-Lays Picante sauce on top.
