FAVORITE CHICKEN LOAF
1 cup soft bread crumbs
2 cups milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 cups cooked chicken, diced 1/4-inch thick
1/2 cup cooked peas
1/4 cup chopped pimento's
1 can cream of mushroom soup
In a bowl blend bread crumbs, milk, eggs, salt and paprika.  Stir in chicken, peas and pimento's.  Turn into a well greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-in.).  Bake in a moderate 325 oven until firm, about 40 minutes.  Serve with mushroom sauce made from soup.
