FAMILY CHICKEN SOUP
2 1/2 lb. frying chicken
1 onion, chopped
3 potatoes, peeled & diced
4 carrots, sliced
3 stalks, sliced
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cups water, or to cover
Combine all ingredients in crockpot.  Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours.  Stir occasionally.  Add water if necessary.  Before serving, remove bones.
