EGG CUSTARD
Yields 6-8 servings
1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 cup boiling water
Dash of salt
Nutmeg to taste
Pour into uncooked pie shell.  Cook at 400 for 10 minutes.  Then 300 for about 20 minutes until done.  Let cool.  Serve slightly warm or cold.
