| 1 unbaked pie shell 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 can Eagle Brand milk 2 cup boiling water Dash of salt Nutmeg to taste |

| Pour into uncooked pie shell. Cook at 400 for 10 minutes. Then 300 for about 20 minutes until done. Let cool. Serve slightly warm or cold. | ||
