EASY SEASON CHICKEN & RICE
Yields 4
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
2 cups Minute Premium White Rice
2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
Dash of dried thyme leaves
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
1 pkg. Shake 'N Bake Original Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix
Mix soup and milk in 13 x 9-in. baking dish. Add rice, broccoli and thyme; stir well.  Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on pkg.  Place chicken on top of rice mixture.  Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
