EASY COUNTRY FRIED STEAK
4 cubed steaks
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
eggs (for dipping)
bread crumbs
oil for frying
I rub some salt, pepper and garlic powder on each steak.  Dip it in egg, then bread crumbs.  Fry them in hot oil until done.  Serve them with a brown gravy and mashed potatoes.
