EASY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
Yields about 5 dozen cookies
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1-1/2 pkg. (12 oz.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Ground Diamond Walnuts, unsweetened cocoa or Bake's Angel Flake Coconut
Beat cream cheese until smooth.  Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.  Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix well.  Refrigerate about 1 hour.  Shape into 1-in. balls.  Roll in walnuts, cocoa or coconut.  Store in refrigerator.
