EASY CHOCOLATE FROSTING
3 squares Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
2 cups powdered sugar
Microwave 3 squares Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate with 3 tbsp. butter on Medium for 2 minutes.  Stir until melted and smooth.  Beat in 2 cups powdered sugar.  If mixture is too thick, add a little milk to soften.
