EASY CHEESY CHICKEN SKILLET
Yields 4
4 Tyson Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Tyson Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp. garlic pepper seasoning or 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 cup water
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
3/4 cup light pasteurized process cheese spread
Wash hands.  Sprinkle chicken evenly with garlic pepper seasoning.  Wash hands.  Spray large nonskillet with nonstick cooking spray.  Heat over medium-high.  Add chicken breasts.  Cover; cook 4 minutes per side to brown.  Remove chicken from skillet, cover and keep warm.  In same skillet, combine broth, water and broccoli; bring to a boil.  Stir in rice; return to a boil.  Top with chicken.  Cover and reduce heat to low; cook 5-10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and chicken is done (internal temp 170).  Remove chicken; cover and keep warm.  Stir cheese into rice until melted.  Top rice mixture with chicken.
