DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 lb. dried beef, cut into bite size pieces
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
Heat oven to 350.  Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions.  Blend soup and milk.  Stir in cheese, onion, macaroni and dried beef, fold in eggs.  Pour into an un-greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.  Cover; bake 30 minutes, or until heated through.
