DOWN-HOME SAUSAGE GRAVY
Makes 8 to 10 servings
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sausage                  2 cans (12 oz.) evaporated milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion                                             1 cup water
6 tbsp. flour                                                                    1/4 tsp. salt
Hot pepper sauce                                                             Hot biscuits
Combine sausage and onion in large skillet .  Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until sausage is no longer pink; drain.  Stir in flour; mix well.  Stir in milk, water, salt, and hot pepper sauce.  Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil.  Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.  Serve immediately over biscuits.
