| 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted 4 tbsp. butter or margarine 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 1 med. onion, chopped 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham 1 bag (32 oz.) frozen southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed Topping: 4 tbsp. butter or margarine 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes |

| In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients; mix well. Stir in ham and potatoes. Spread into a greased 13 x 9x 2-inch baking dish. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. | ||
